Is it fair to say that you made a mistake in the most impossible way?

Hearing your words felt like venom, like a plague. And I had to do all I could to show you. But even then, there is still confusion in your mind. You didn't understand why I cared so much what you thought, but allowing such dubious thoughts to even dwell in your mind seems unjust...Other things does not matter as much because it's already late to mend, with my efforts always perceived in the most futile ways.

But you're different from that. That is why I still bothered to even try, despite what happened.

Don't disregard all the times that brought us closer. I still ponder on those memories...
